Woodward Concrete Company is a concrete contracting company based in Woodward, OK. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveways, patios, sidewalks, slabs, foundations, retaining walls, pool decks, and concrete cutting. Services are performed in Woodward and the surrounding communities of northwest Oklahoma.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to decline a project if site conditions, access limitations, or scope are outside our service capabilities.
Estimates provided by Woodward Concrete Company are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment or customer inquiry. All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
An estimate is not a final contract until both parties have signed a written agreement. If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project - such as buried obstructions, soil instability, or utility conflicts - we will notify you before performing additional work and obtain your approval of any cost adjustments. We will not increase the scope or price of a project without your prior written or verbal authorization.
Material prices may fluctuate due to supply conditions. If material costs change significantly between the estimate date and project start date, we will discuss any necessary adjustments with you in advance.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed agreement and any required deposit have been received. Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, crew availability, and material lead times. We will make reasonable efforts to start on the agreed date but cannot guarantee specific start times due to weather-related delays, which are common in northwest Oklahoma.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible by phone at (580) 290-2465 or by email at quotes@woodwardconcretecompany.com. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may result in a restocking or material fee. Any deposit paid may be applied to a rescheduled project at our discretion.
We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or terminate a project if site conditions are unsafe, if access to the work area is not provided, or if payment terms are not met.
Payment terms are outlined in the written project agreement. Typical terms require a deposit at signing, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Specific terms may vary by project size and type.
Payment is accepted by cash, check, or other methods specified in the project agreement. Invoices not paid within the time frame specified in the agreement may be subject to a late fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be referred for collection, and the customer may be responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorney fees as permitted byOK law.
Ownership of any materials installed remains with Woodward Concrete Company until payment is received in full.
